Returns

You have 14 calendar days to notify and return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, postage should be recorded for proof of posting and returns paperwork which accompanies your goods

Faulty Items

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, postage should be recorded for proof of posting and returns paperwork which accompanies your goods. Your postage will be reimbursed with your refund. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within fourteen 14 days from receipt of returned item(s)

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable..

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be from your refund.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
